A mom of 4, Assata's spiritual journey took an unexpected turn in January 2014, when she lost her first born Sun, Mohan, to epilepsy.
At the time, it was the most devastating experience thus far, but in retrospect, it was all divine and in alignment, because the tragedy and trauma awakened something in Assata that had been suppressed.
Now, Assata shares the love and light from her beloved Mohan with the world. His grace, humility, and presence is felt and seen by all those whom meet her.
